First Pair Guarantee

We are so confident you'll love your KULA Underwear that you can keep your first pair if you don't like them!

 We will either send you a different size or give you a full refund on your FIRST pair only. You can keep the pair you've tried on, no need to send those back. First pair guarantee applies to 1 pair only regardless of styles purchased. Only 1 pair total can be tried and covered by the guarantee. If different styles have been ordered we only cover one pair of one style. We do not allow for one of each style to be tried on.

 

 If you purchase multiple pairs, please just try 1 pair before opening the remaining pairs. The First Pair Guarantee only applies to the first pair you try on. If you find the first pair doesn't fit, or you'd like to try another style, please contact us info@kulaunderwear.com and we will provide you the address to send the unopened and unworn items back to us so we can send you out replacements.

 

This offer applies to 1 pair of underwear only. Only try on 1 pair of underwear.

PLEASE NOTE - The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to t-shirt purchase. Standard clothing returns apply to our t-shirt product. The T-Shirt can be tried on and still returned to us within 30 days for return or exchange.

Applies to first underwear order with KULA only
Please note the ‘first pair guarantee’ only applies to your first order with KULA. Any subsequent orders with KULA of any underwear style will not be covered by the first pair guarantee. After the first order we will only accept returns of unopened items, we will not refund items from subsequent orders that have been opened or tried on.

 

Returns postage will be paid by the customer.

3 month replacement period

We will replace any underwear with defects within the first 3 months of purchase. We are unable to offer a longer term guarantee on our product due to the variation of usage, wash care and wear and tear between each person. We cannot replace items after the 3 month period.
